數控車床機械加工是機加工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一部分。其加工(gong)(gong)(gong)方式有兩種(zhong)(zhong):第1種(zhong)(zhong)是把車(che)刀固(gu)定(ding)(ding),加工(gong)(gong)(gong)旋(xuan)轉中(zhong)未成形(xing)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian),第二種(zhong)(zhong)是把工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)固(gu)定(ding)(ding),通(tong)過工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)(de)高速旋(xuan)轉,車(che)刀的(de)(de)橫向(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)縱向(xiang)移動(dong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精度加工(gong)(gong)(gong)。在(zai)車(che)床(chuang)(chuang)上還(huan)可用鉆頭、擴孔鉆、鉸(jiao)刀、絲(si)錐、板牙(ya)和(he)(he)(he)滾花工(gong)(gong)(gong)具等(deng)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)相應的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)。車(che)床(chuang)(chuang)主要用于加工(gong)(gong)(gong)軸、盤、套和(he)(he)(he)其他(ta)具有回轉表(biao)面的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)。
數控車床機械加工的特點:
1.數控車床加工精度高(gao),具有穩定的加工質(zhi)量;
2.數控車床加工(gong)可進行(xing)多坐標的(de)聯動,能加工(gong)形狀復雜的(de)零件;
3.數控車床加工零件改變時,一般只需要更改數控程(cheng)序,可節省(sheng)生產準(zhun)備時間;
4.數控車床(chuang)加工(gong)本身的(de)精度(du)高(gao)、剛(gang)性大,可選擇(ze)有利(li)的(de)加工(gong)用(yong)量(liang),生(sheng)產率(lv)高(gao)(一般為普通機床(chuang)的(de)3~5 倍(bei)) .
